My rental was transferred over to JJ Property a while ago now and honestly I cannot fault them. They are always quick to respond to any concerns / maintenance requirements i have. Conchi is my property Manager and she is just an absolute gem. She is always so respectful towards myself and i genuinely enjoy chatting with her during house inspections. 2013 when we moved here in Brisbane and it was a struggle finding a house to rent. But Jj property didnt hesitate to help us find a home.We've been in JJ Property for more than 2 years and they are truly amazing! Fast service when needed and everyone is friendly and approachable. Just purchased our 3rd investment property with JJ property and the process was very smooth. Peter is one of the best property agents in Brisbane. He handled our enquiries and everything from start to finish extremely well. We reached out a couple of times after the purchase and our enquiries got answered very well. We will definitely be coming back to JJ property for our next purchase or sale.

My experience with JJ Property has been nothing but AMAZING!! I have been a tenant for the past 2 months and in that time I've had a couple of minor issues with the property. They have been fast, efficient and professional in their response time and getting onto the issue as quickly as possible. They have always kept me up to date in regards to these matters aswell which I really appreciate I would highly recommend them as they are friendly, very helpful, prompt and thorough in everything they do. That has been my experience with my property manager and I am very satisfied with the service I receive

When selling a home involves two phone calls, no marketing costs and a five day turn around from listing to contract it is very hard to fault the Agent involved. We had an investment property we wanted to sell, My research suggested a price range that worked for us, so I approached JJ (among others) who had been reaching out to us for a couple of years anyway. John said he had potential buyers (yeah yeah...right?) as did the other agents. John's FIRST offer was over 10% higher than the best of the rest. TEN PERCENT. And it was solid from the start. John was transparent and up front, very easy to deal with, and just made it happen. Having sold a few houses previously (private not investments) I was gobsmacked at how easy he made the process. No BS, no fudging, just a great service at a great price. Thanks John, thanks JJ Property.

The team at JJ Properties is professional, highly efficient and very effective. They got us a great result after our property was only a couple of days on the market. We had a few decision points along the way and the advice that John offered proved to be exactly what was needed to get the best outcome. Maddy kept us updated and managed all of the paperwork so we had our listing ready to go in no time and the documentation finalised very quickly. Great organisation to do business with.
